What do customers think about Electric Royale Radiators?

I've been meaning to drop you a line for a while, but we've been busy with all sorts of finishing work on the bungalow. Anyway, just to say we are very happy with the radiators - everyone comments on the contemporary look that they give !
We have had a couple of electricity bills in and we finding them no more expensive than the gas central heating in our previous house - which is all we can ask.
Also not having pipes everywhere and the associated risk of leaks, and the flexibility of setting different heating zones at differing times is superb.

Ok, I have the heating on for a total of 9 hours per day (2 in the morning and 7 in the evening) at 22c (or 20c in the bedrooms) and then down to 18c for the rest of the day. Works out really well that way and so warm too. Costs for my electricity including the heating are less than £15 per week at this time of year. Shows what a well insulated house can do too along with these electric radiators.
So yes, I am still very well pleased with them.

Would just like to say thank you for all your efforts. You may remember there were some issues with the delivery of my pallet to Aylesbury. I have to say when it hadn't arrived by 4pm and I contacted you it was here by 5pm, I was amazed by that alone!
But I have now fitted the units and have to say they are excellent!!!
I set them to say 23deg and yes 23deg on the display they never seem to change. Even got a thermometer and yes the room is 23 deg - they are spot on and were so easy to install.

Thanks for installing our new heating today and coming dead on time like you said you would.
I am very pleased with the heating and already the house is lovely and warm with a nice sort of heat unlike storage heaters/panel heaters for example. The new electric radiators are 100% quiet and look good.
I enclose the two pictures that I took for you to put on your revamped web-site - would be interested in you letting me know when you have done that. I know which of the two pics looks better in my estimation.

Hi Michael,
The new heating is going very well I know you'll be pleased to hear. I am very pleased with it myself and a very good quality of heat it is. Nice to have real control of it too unlike storage heaters and even after 4 days the costs are looking good on Economy 10 which in particular matches our heating requirement pattern very well.
